Our account has been deactivated due to inactivity
Our account has been deactivated due to inactivity. When we select "Reactivate Account", we are redirected to the Charge Methods page. No errors are indicated with either Charge Method. And, we have no other options to move forward with the reactivation. It's just an endless loop and it never asks me to upload those forms it says that are required. Even if I replace the charge method with the same card it doesn't work. There is nothing wrong with our charge method.
What steps do we need to take to reactivate our account?

Same issue. Instead of deleting every comment, perhaps a moderator could post some useful information about how we can reach support when all the support links put us back in the loop as described by the original poster?

Dealt with this about a month ago one one of my companies. It will take you in circles unless you delete/edit that charge method and reassign it. From there, you'll likely have to do the Inform Customers act process again.
