My AHR is Over 100 But I Can't Reactivate My Seller Account
Hello,
My seller account was suspended due to intellectual property violations, but these violations were removed after I submitted an appeal.
Currently, my Account Health Score is over 100, but I am still unable to reactivate my account. In the Account Health Dashboard, there is a "Reactivate Your Account" button, but when I click on it, I am redirected to a page that says "0 Policy Violations," and there is no option for me to take any further action.
I have attached a screenshot of the page for your reference. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Congratulations on resolving the IP issues. After this is completed, in some cases it takes up to a day to have your account reactivated. Can you please confirm you currently have access to your account?
If you would like a more detailed look into the specifics of your account, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
Have you resolved ALL the violations on your Account Health Page? Is there anything you need help with?
Please review: Account Health Rating program policy - take a really good look at the section: Repeat policy violations. This is somewhat new and all Sellers should understand this and the impact it has on the Account Health.
