No one connects to the video call verification

Hello.

My account was blocked because I didn`t pass video verification, but I tried many times, scheduled the video call for the time, but no one connects to video call. I don`t know what the reason and I don`t know how to solve this issue.

When I scheduled the video call for 12 30 PM, I connected at 12 25 PM and waited for the specialist from Amazon, but at 12 32 I receive the email that I missed the video call, but I was still waiting.

I wrote emails to inbound-appeals@amazon.com as amazon suggested and I receive to the answer that I can to pass instant video call. I connected and waited for more then 2 hours and no one connected too. How to solve it?
