Three months ago, our products were blocked on Amazon due to a "Product Safety Issue" report. In response, we immediately provided all necessary documents, including an official confirmation of our products' compliance with the current standards and requirements, registered with the German Health and Safety Office (GIS). This documentation was attached to our appeal to confirm the integrity and safety of our products.

Despite this, our requests to unblock the products and resume sales are systematically rejected by Amazon with a vague justification: "Product Images non-compliant." We have carefully reviewed the requirements for product images on Amazon and are convinced that our materials meet all the criteria. Additionally, we have contacted Amazon customer support several times, but our efforts have not yet brought a solution.

Could any of you suggest what else we can do to have our products allowed for sale again? Is there a detail regarding product images that we might have overlooked, or another appeal route that we might not be aware of?
