FBA - "LATE SHIPMENT RATE" - ACCOUNT IS AT RISK OF DEACTIVATION ???

My account received the message “Your account is at risk of deactivation” due to “Late Shipment Rate” even though we only use Amazon’s FBA program.

We don’t understand why there are FBM orders ordered by customers, we raise cases to Amazon team but up-to-now my cases still cannot resolved. The Amazon support team’s response really don’t answer anything. (Case ID: 14403907341 and 14413117461)

I’m really worried and need an explanation from Amazon, not just mechanical answers.

We tried to find an FBM listing to solve the problem, but there is actually no FBM listing that exists in my listing.

This problem is really urgent and serious as a seller at this time. Hopefully receiving support from the community and the Amazon forum team.

Within the banner you are describing, you may see a yellow "Submit appeal" button. If this button is present, you will need to take action on the account by following the workflow page you will see after clicking on that button. Feel free to share what is on that workflow as the options will vary depending on the history of the account. If no such button is visible within the banner, you will not need to take any action.

Within the metric page, there is a downloadable report from which you will be able to see any affected orders. Other information included here would be the date on which the order appeared on the report, the projected and actual ship by dates, and the order creation date. From here, you will be able to begin determining the issue at hand.

The LSR metric has time windows of 10 and 30 days. After these windows have passed, all affected orders will fall off the downloadable report and will no longer affect the LSR at that point in time. Once these orders roll off, you will see the metric come back toward the target of 4%. Additionally, any orders fulfilled on time will also assist with bringing the metric back to the goal as well.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy

Why does Amazon require its sellers to maintain a 5-star performance, while its seller support's performance consistently ranks at the level of 1 or even 0?

nothing you can really do. check every listing and make sure all are FBA...

you have to wait 30 days for it to drop off...

as long as your score does not go below 100 you will not get banned..

you get the banner as soon as it goes below 200 as a warning..

200 means you are in the green and as soon as it hits 199 you get the yellow warning which scares the living SH#@ out of everyone..
