Brand registry application

hello, my brand registry application has been answered with ‘unable to reopen this case’, im not quite sure why, but. Then again its also still pending registration, so im not able to reapply, can anyone help? The case number is #15736571851, id like to also know why im not able to get my brand registered, i have all the necessary documents and all, thank you
