Error message when uploading bank statement
We are trying to verify our new bank account after linking it. However, upon uploading a PDF bank statement successfully and then pressing submit, the error message "Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on getting this fixed, as soon as we can. Please try again later." pops up. We tried on 3 different computers with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and the problem has persisted in the past 3 days. Seller Support is no help and just goes in circles.

I've reviewed your account on my end and see that your banking information is verified, however you still need to add/update your charge method and US tax identification information.
You can complete each action and section on your global dashboard.
