Late Dispatch Rate
Just received a warning from Amazon stating that my account is at risk of deactivation as my late dispatch rate is 6%.
I have downloaded the report and the orders is question have a shipment date for this Saturday, we do not use seller fulfilled Prime as we were suspended from that in November (through no fault of ours), all orders from 2pm Friday and over the weekend are dispatched on Monday so I am confused as to why these orders would have a dispatch date on Sat, can anyone shed any light onto this??

Did you change the shipping template for those products from SFP?
If not, then you will still have to ship in the same time frame, even though you may be suspended from SFP.
