I know it can be increasingly frustrating trying to address this issue when the system will not allow you to move forward. I do want to provide assistance, so I did reach out to another team to get more information on the issue that is impacting you.

Our team has stated that they did appear to identify an issue with the previous link that had been provided, so they have gone ahead and sent you a new link to use to complete the call. They would like for you to attempt the verification, and refer back to this thread with screenshots if you do encounter any additional errors.
