Lost item in shipment and Amazon is not reimburing because it does not accept invoice

Hi

I have a legimate invoice from a supplier. I bought these products and added the EAN to an existing listing on Amazon. The problem is the Amazon listing EAN and pictures and descriotion matches. But the title whoever made it does not match the exact wording of the title as menitoned in the invoice.

They said

"We have reviewed the policy regarding that, and found that we require the invoice in which we can validate the item description. In provided invoice, we are hardly able to match any keyword ......we will not be able to proceed with your request without this information."

Can I contact the supplier who is the brand owner of the lisitng and ask them to amend the invoice so it matches the title on the Amazon listing.
