Hi for complaint ID 15925647891, 15925308511, 15850004891 We are reporting a case of trademark infringement by a seller on Amazon who is offering a product that is not listed in our catalog but is using our trademark without authorization.
ASIN-Level Infringement: The product being sold under our trademark is not produced, manufactured, or authorized by our company. As per Amazon’s policy, if a product or packaging bears our trademark without authorization, we have the right to report the entire ASIN or product detail page for trademark infringement.
Amazon Brand Registry Team Response:
Your appeal request for case ID [16173507741] has been declined. We have determined that the account has engaged in abusive conduct as outlined in the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners Policy (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/U5SQCEKADDAQRLZ?referral=A2HDKSB8I0QEJW_A1BORWT57NZRSP).
As part of the appeal process, we conducted a detailed investigation using information you submitted, as well as information available in our internal systems.

Is the outcome of your post here getting your Report a Violation privileges' back? If yes, the only way to get this back is through appealing.
