Selling in different state
Hi Greetings all,
I need input on this. I've purchased products from a manufacturer (out of the US) to sell in California (sellers tax exempted) which have already been delivered and are ready to ship. The problem is that I must move to a different state for unavoidable situations. My concern should I start FBA in CA and move or can I take the things with me and restart again like FBA, getting sellers/ resellers permits etc? Can I even do that since I already bought sales-fee-exempted products so I am technically supposed to be selling in California and paying tax (for the already imported products at least). Apologies for my grammar.
