I don't know what kind of information I need to provide to prove that I am the owner of the amazon store?

I registered for Amazon's North American site, but I didn't realize that I had also registered for the European site at the same time. I didn't intend to operate the European site, but I received an email for an enhanced video verification, so I scheduled a video conference,soon my account has been suspended! At present, I have only created two products on the North American site. The goods are in transit, just on the way to amazon warehouse and have not been put on the shelves for sale. I do not have a complete Amazon sales experience. It will take me some time to explore and learn. During the video conference, the staff mistakenly thought that I was The store was already on sale, and she asked me some specific questions related to the backend operations, but I did not give professional and accurate answers. In the final of the video, the interviewer suddenly realized that my product was not on sale and ended the video quickly. In the video conference, I think the staff’s previous questions were based on the sales status of my store, which is unfair; and in the video conference, the staff did not appear on the scene and only communicated verbally, which made me a little uneasy and very nervous. I don’t Do you know if this complies with Amazon regulations?

I have submitted my details on the account health page several times before, but they were quickly rejected, they asked me to Submit new information, I have provided all the information about my amazon store, including my ID, business license, my recent personal photo, credit card bill, water bill. we do not understand why questioning the authenticity of the legal person just because we answered sales skill-ralated question incorrectly, we did not even start to sell in the platform and still learn how to start, I don't know what kind of information I need to provide to prove that I am the owner of the store?
