My Account Was Suspended Due to Inauthentic Products, Provided All Documents But Still Not Reinstated - Help Needed!

I am a dropshipping seller and I purchase my products directly from Amazon. I ensure to keep all the necessary invoices for the items and have provided all the required documents (invoices, supplier information, etc.) to Amazon. However, my account was suspended due to inauthentic product complaints.
Every time I submit an appeal, I receive the same response stating that Amazon "does not have enough information". I am confused about what "sufficient information" means in this case. I’m sure I have provided all necessary documents, but my account is still not reinstated.
This includes the point about not receiving any warnings before the suspension.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What other types of documents or information should I provide, and what steps should I take? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dropshipping using amazon as the supplier is not allowed for amazon sales.

Apart from the dropshipping issue, what makes you think that simply because you buy on Amazon from other sellers, they don't sell bootleg items? Amazon is not impervious to counterfeit items. They just haven't been reported or dealt with yet!

Currently you are purchasing products from an online retailer and have no way of having a valid supply chain, and have not been authorized by the brand owner that the products you are purchasing are not counterfeit since you aren't purchasing from a brand owner authorized wholesale distributor for your business.

Correction, a brand authorized wholesale distributor who can work to get you Amazon sales authorized. The brand has to agree/support the seller selling on Amazon.

Im am experiencing the same sort of issue with my herbal supplement. They are saying I need an NPN license to sell this product. I have a license to sell it, and even attach a copy of the license. They still denied me. I don't understand this and they wont elaborate
