Immediate refund for Seller Fulfillment before we get the product back?
OK, so this is new to us. Amazon refunded the customer once they dropped the product off, it is seller fulfilled not FBA. So now customers get refunds at drop off for SF? I know that happens with FBA. But we don't even get a chance to see the product, see if it's really ours, see if its damaged??? Nothing?

It's called RFS (refund at first scan), been in place for a few years. Once you receive it back you can file if damaged or materially different.
