My account is deactivated without any information
Hello,
I sold these items and after few days later i have received an email about my account is deactivated.Everyday i was checking my account health and my health score is hight(more than 200). I send invoice that I bought these items for officialy the Brand.What I should do for reactive my account ?

Go to performance notifications and you will see the original notification. It has all the info there.
Where did you source the product you are selling? Retail, authorized wholesale distribution??? Sounds like that might be the problem. Just because it is the "brand", it does not protect you from deactivation. The brand must authorize you to sell on Amazon. Do you have that permission?

For additional information, I did submit the documents,receipts and invoice . But for next step if my account stay in deactive status, I dont know what to do .

Please update me about this. Because it seems my account is deactivated in error and listing is still active. Inform me as soon as possible.

If you have the call me now button on your account, you may contact the account health support team, however, they will provide the same guidance I have shared with you. You may continue to submit dispute information to address this concern. If the dispute does not prove that your listings were in compliance at the time your account was deactivated, we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.
