Have your self-ship offers been deactivated in error?
If you believe the complaints about your items are unjustified or received in error, submit an explanation by following the instructions on the banner at the top of your "Account Health" page:

Your explanation should include evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account complies with our "Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct" page:
