FBA Items selling below my minimum pricing

I’ve been selling on Amazon for some time now.
I often see amazon have sold an item below my minimum price (with max and minimum set) and even without a pricing rule. This means I’m making a loss on some items as it can be quite a drop in price.

What could this be? At first I thought it might be without the VAT but I can’t see a report I can access to allow me to take account for sales without VAT being paid.

I’ve contacted support who are just as useless as usual.

Any direction appreciated

Not aware of a report (which doesn’t mean there isn’t one), but presumably you can look at one of the transactions and see the maths? It’s likely to be VAT being deducted.

I really think the same, would be odd if there’s no report as otherwise you can’t filter it out and end up paying VAT on the sale and thus losing money on the sale. Its not like we have time to check every transaction across a month and check what looks off to the eye with regards to price
