sorry you have lost me you say one of the buyers confirmed delivery (how did they confirm this?) but is then leaving feedback saying not delivered?

Amazon used the send the customer an email requesting feedback since they stopped sending these emails the feedback is very very low.

I don’t think the problem is the negative feedback, you’ll get that from time to time from no fault of your own.
The problem is your lack of positive feedback, which can counter any negatives that you get.
So try to work on improving your feedback. Set longer than estimated delivery dates, so that they get the item quicker, or have your items sent out quicker, include a small free item, handwritten thank you notes, future discount codes…whatever.

i know how you feel. most if not nearly all buyers are wonderful people. we as sellers make errors because we are human, but it hurts when some albeit a small % of buyers leave a 1 star feedback
the simple matter is a 2/3rds of our negs because we are held by the likes of the posties delivering to the incorrect address (i used to be a postie so i`m seen both sides of selling and posting the actual order).
yes posties are great people, but do make the odd delivery errors. (well i did).
however you can ask for feedback revision from the buyer…sometimes they MIGHT give you a more friendly feedback score.
i love selling on AMAZON, but the ONE star gang are a very bunch of challenging buyers
