Lost return parcel with Amazon return label
Customer requested a return for an item no longer needed.A £40 CD.
Obviously the return was auto accepted and a return label issued.
Tracking says that it was delivered on 29th June to me,but it has never arrived.Amazon already issued the refund.
The return label was with Evri.
How do I proceed now…with Amazon?

You are supposed to proceed with Evri, as per the amazon refund at first scan policy.
Any lost returns you should claim via the courier.
Though not sure how far you’ll get if Evri have it as being delivered (aside from the issue with it just being difficult to claim via Evri for amazon returns)

…and I am pretty sure that Evri compensation will only cover you for £20.
