I am not an active seller anymore. I had some selling on the first half year of 2023. Today I would like to get the tax report for 2023. However, I saw this message "Insufficient permission to view the content. Select any other tab to continue". I am not able to generate report now.
What can I do?

I understand that you want to download a tax report for 2023 but you had some issues. I just reviewed your account and I was able to perform the steps to download, therefore, you should be able to do it now. Please go ahead and try one more time, and in case it doesn't work, please let me know.
