Amazon sells my products the at price I didn't set
Amazon sells my products at the price I don't set. It happens every now and then, for example I set a price at £39.99 and they sell it to someone at £31.84, or I set it at 16.99 and they sell it at 17.5. There's no vat or any brake down of the price that would explain at to why it happens and I have no automate pricing that goes that low.
Last time I opened a case they "transferred my case" and it's been a over a month no one ever replied to me.
Has anyone ever come across this?

Have you looked at the transaction report for these orders? It should give you the breakdown there.

Yes it happens with us every now and then in a couple of products
At the moment I have a card for £1.37 and for the last 48 hours it has been changed to £1.38
Nothing we can do about. Nobody can explain !!!

I’ve been having this same issue for weeks now!! Amazon sell my items a bit more than I’ve listed them for and by the time I get paid the deductions eats so much into my profit and sometimes COGs. For example an item of £12.00 would be sold for £12.30 or 21.99 sold for £22.50 and a very big chunk is deducted off it!!
I’m still waiting for any explanation on this, if anyone here can help as I’ve emailed and called several times but no one is getting back to me.
