BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Dear Amazon Support Team,

Due to a recent fraud incident, we had to change our bank account. However, since the account was just opened, we do not yet have a bank statement available. We can provided the new account details, including the company name and account holder's name, to assist with verification from bank account that has new account # and company name on it.

Please clarify what specific documentation you require to complete the verification process for this new account.

There are no exceptions to this policy as this is the only information that can be provided to complete verification. You will need to await your first statement so it can be provided and meet all requirement.
