Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with this problem. Could a mod possibly look at it.

One of my products has had it's brand name changed. This is a size 8 of a range of sizes of shoes, all exactly the same shoe, except size. All the other sizes are correct. The size 8 has been changed, so that it has split from the parent page. I created this ASIN and nobody else sells these.

I have been onto seller support for months trying to get this corrected. It's so obvious and should have been so easy. You can even see the correct brand name in one of the images. I have supplied another image of the shoe with the EAN printed on the inside. I have provided a link to GS1, where they can see that the EAN is registered to my company.

They keep telling me that I must create another ASIN but this doesn't fix the problem. I have stock in FBA and there is feedback on the product. They tell me that it's against Amazon policies to change the brand. I've asked them many times, how has it got changed but they ignore it.

I have had a message that - Internal teams are winning the contribution for brand on the ASIN B07QWHF69J. What does that even mean? Why would internal teams change the brand?
