Brand Registry Team Won't Respond to my Appeal
I have been going through the process of getting my brand setup with Amazon Brand Registry, and my application was rejected back in January of this year (2024). When I received notice that my application had been rejected, I filed an appeal with hopes that I would be able to get my approval pushed through. Brand registry responded on February 5, providing very generic information about what all needed to be submitted for approval (not helpful). Since then, I have replied 4 times providing additional information and photographs, but I have not gotten any response. I am unable to start the application over because it says that there is already an application for my brand in progress, but without any response from the Brand Registry team, my process has stalled. Please advise.

This is a listing violation. You cannot brand your item in the title and description and list it as Generic under brand!
EVERY SINGLY ONE of your listings is a violation that will get your account suspended.
Every description reads: "Elevate your living space with Hudson Contemporary. Please note that Hudson Contemporary products ..." - while listed as generic

I've taken a look into your application and I have an ask for you! If you could attach any documentation you have that has the Tax ID/Business Registration Number on it to the appeal case, I can surface this to the team to have them take a second look.
Please let me know once that's complete and ensure that it is not a picture or screenshot, it must be the actual document.
