Account got suspended - Multiple accounts violation

My account was suspended more than a month ago due to related account issue. Second account violated Amazon Policy, due to the fact of removing the deposit card from Seller Central. Mine was deactivated as the result of it, because I logged into my account using his laptop back in past. As per Amazon's requirements I submitted an affidavit stating there is no relationship between me and the second account and it does not belong to me, but different person. I also submitted PoA with clear and precise structure. However, Amazon keeps saying that they still see the link between 2 accounts and I my appeal has been rejected 12 times so far. I made sure that all cash/cookies was deleted from friend's laptop, no common information between 2 accounts namely, business address, credit card, phone number, email address. I am 100% sure that there is no common info or link between 2 accounts, however, Amazon keeps rejecting all appeals. Please support

The issue sounds like there is no common info NOW but it appears there USED TO BE!

That is the root of the issue. Once linked always linked on Amazon.

Your friend will have to solve their suspension issue and IF they were selling the exact same product categories you are probably done anyway.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

When it comes to a multiple account policy violation, we provide two dispute paths.

The first is to provide supporting documentation that shows the reason for the connection and supports a valid separation from one another. As your original notification should have advised, this include contracts, terminations agreements, proof of payment for services, bill of sale, transfer of ownership. This is not an exhaustive list and helps understand why there would be a connection.

The second provided path is to ensure the associated store is reinstated and in good standing. This would then show that you are no longer associated to a deactivated store.

As mentioned this is a dispute only scenario, thus a plan of action will not be accepted. The reason for this, is that a plan of action does not show proof of an association or separation. You may offer an explanation in conjunction with supporting documentation to explain the situation at hand, but a traditional plan of action can not be accepted here.

Regarding the affidavit, these will only be accepted in conjunction with supporting documentation to help verify information provided, the connection along with proof of separation.

As noted by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, once an association has been established, simply removing the attributes does not resolve the issue. It can however prevent new issues from occurring so it is good that you verified there is no longer any connection.

I have provided the requirements for this situation above, if you cannot provide the require documentation you will need follow what @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp mentioned about having your friend work to reinstate their account to resolve the situation as a whole.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
