Product Authenticity Complain due to a SINGLE fake customer review, casued my lising to be removed !!
My listing was removed after I got a fake review from a fraudulent customer.
Here are the details of the situation:
1. Customer Order: Order Number 702-5929290-0667423
2. Incident: The customer requested to cancel their order after it had already been shipped. Our standard policy dictates that we cannot cancel shipped orders. Upon informing the customer of this policy, they proceeded to leave two fake reviews in an attempt to receive a refund.
3. Actions Taken: We promptly reported this fraudulent behavior to Amazon.
But, we got a Product Authenticity Complain which caused my listing to be removed.
The policy of Product Authenticity Complain needs to be revisited, A SINGLE review can cause removal for your listing. This is unfair.

So you don't have an invoice to prove your valid supply chain from a Brand authorized wholesale distributor then? Because that takes care of these violations right away if a customer lies about authenticity when you have the proof.

Hello @Seller_TWpGRr4J7WbbS,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
I have reviewed this situation, and found that you have 3 Product Policy Compliance claims, therefore, Amazon is asking you to provide the required details to reactivate the ASINs and remove the risk of your account.
Please take a look at your Account Health Dashboard. In the Policy Compliance section, you will find the 3 alerts in the Product Authenticity Complaints. Once you click on it, there will be the 3 ASINs that Amazon has detected. I suggest, to take a look at the Account Health Rating Impact column and work towards resolving the ones with the highest impact.
I see you provided information and Amazon shared the following message: We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.
Nevertheless, you still have the chance to submit new information in case you want to appeal one more time.
Hope these details provide more insight on what is happening and what is needed from your end. In case of further questions, you can reply in this thread or open a case with Selling Partner Support to address this.
Jurgen.

That is nothing, best one is customer places order, couple days later says, says they found this item on facebook marketplace or kijiji or ebay for cheaper. Or that another seller on Amazon is selling it cheaper, but charges shipping which brings his price higher. So we tell customer they are more than happy to return, then they get upset that they have to pay for shipping, so guess what, they lie, saying the product was damaged or leaked etc to get the item for free, if that doesn't work, A-Z Claim.
But authenticity, as per JPart2, we always got these removed once we submitted invoices from our distributors or manufactures.
Just to give you heads up, Amazon does call to verify the invoices.

I have been in this situation. I'm not joking.
Eventually the counterfeit without a test buy complaints against me stopped. Turned out the Brand owner hired a team to get all unauthorized arbitragers off the listing, and we were caught in the crossfire.
However, the customer authenticity complaints we receive, it doesn't affect anything. The listing doesn't get delisted, our account health doesn't go down, and it just sits in violations for 6 months "at risk of removal" and doesn't affect a thing, nothing happens.
Here's the last one I got in December. It was a few hundred dollar hazmat item purchase that the customer was hoping to swap out their item and return their old defective item. Once they received out brand new item and realized that you can't return hazmat, they went the claim of product authenticity route. It didn't work out for them. They tried a to z and lost as well.
