AMAZON - STOP letting buyers just send back broken items!

it is DANGEROUS for amazon to allow buyers to return broken items especially GLASS, porcelain, resin, etc.

Buyers should be required to send a photo of the broken item and shipping box! We all insure items and it is a waste of money to send back broken items. Not to mention it is dangerous! Our mail carrier has been cut by broken glass and so have a few employees.

Amazon just stop and think!

Hello @Seller_HCKmA2tMhZ4jE- thanks for taking the time to share this feedback here on the seller forums!

In such situations, customer's should be connecting with customer support, per our guidance on items you can't return. You may also wish to review the Returnless Resolution process, which allows a seller to work with a buyer towards a resolution in such situations, without necessitating a return, based on the rules/SKUs entered.

I understand customer's may not always communicate proactively on these topics though, and I do appreciate you sharing your voice here on the forums, which helps us as we work with our partner teams through such scenarios.

Thanks again,

Danny
