"Expired" Product

Hello! I am reaching out for some support. I have launched a new supplement and had a customer claim that it is expired. The Expiration date is in 2026. I have had Amazon do a bin check confirming the information (they sent photos back confirming the expiration date on the COA). I have also submitted COA's confirming this. After both appeals, i was rejected. I called again. This time they asked me to create a document outlining all of this information. So I have submitted a document with CASE ID's, COAS, and an explanation as requested. REJECTED again. I called again today, and they said that based on one order ID/customer complaint the product was in violation and I need to do an Order ID document request. I am on the phone with seller support and they are saying they do not have that kind of information. I have been working this for 2 weeks and have been getting the runaround. Every person I speak to has a different way to "solve" the problem and nothing has been solved.
