Risk of desactivation - Tax Id Verification (In Progress) INFORM CONSUMER ACT
I recently submitted my INFORM Consumers Act verification. However, a few days later, I received a warning stating, "Your account is at risk of deactivation," with the Tax ID verification still in progress and no actions available except to wait.
I contacted support, who said it was a technical error and advised me to wait 72 hours for resolution. But it's more than 72 hours, and I still have this warming.

I also opened case and they said me to wait for verification. They didn't give me any time to wait like you said 72 hours. I think most of people still are waiting more than 72 hours.

I have had problems with this all February i presented the same verification information in December and four times in February . My account was Deactivated and sales lost with advertising campaigns still running and Storage charges ongoing . What procedure does one follow to get compensated ? I note that this verification process is a fault in the Amazon software but it has also disrupted my product display and additional content loading.
