fba return fees
is it just me or did last year they hit us with another fba fee on customer returns. i've always seen we get back only like 80% of our referral fee's, but are they now also charge 3-6 dollars per return as well? On the transaction view it's coming up as "FBA Customer Return Fees".
Is this fairly new?

The only category that has an FBA returns processing fee is Apparel and Shoes. Is this the category your product falls within?

Its not right, Im selling non Apreal and Shoes products and as you said they have added $3-6 as return fee, which is totally unfair, the whole pressure is on the seller.

It is based on the amount of the return. I think it is somewhere around 11%. But it is another fee they started about 8 months or so ago.
