message and incomplete listing due to SKU

I am receiving the following message when I try to add products:

You are receiving this error as you may be adding Offer-Listing(s) or editing a SKU not present in your catalog or one that’s been deleted. If this was a deleted SKU, wait 24 hours before resubmitting it. If you tried to add this SKU to the Amazon catalog before, check your data and correct any errors before resubmitting. If product is being added to a marketplace from another one, it may require few hours for localization before it is valid, please check your seller account for progress or any issues.

in the template (excel sheet), the error appears in the seller SKU column. So I've tried a few things:

I have changed the SKU several times in case it was the number. I even did it without any SKU as is not required.

I have deleted the product and started a new one.

I have changed all the info including the pictures

I have no ASIN since it has yet to accept the product to create it.

All the items are in the "incomplete listings" under the "fix your products" area

I do NOT have an error number. I have looked everywhere for some type of code and I can't find anything.

I don't know what else to do.

I’m having the same exact problem. I’ve never had this problem with other listings I’ve added in the past. May have to wait a full 24 hours to see if the product will list in the Marketplace.

Having the same issue here, super annoying, I added the inventory about a week ago and it still hasn't popped up even though i've messed with everything

Michelle at Amazon here. Do you have a Seller Support case that I can look at? If you don't have a case, please start here and let me know if you need help after they investigate. Ensure when you create a case that you provide all the information they need to investigate, including the product information, title, UPC, brand, SKU etc, link to the manufacturers website and screenshots of the error that you are seeing. This will help expedite the investigation as they won't have to go back and ask you for this information. Once they have completed their investigation, if you still need help, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.

Can you reply back to the case with the information that they requested. Unless we have this information, we are unable to troubleshoot further.

Provide the following details to further troubleshoot the matching conflict error when listing a product:

1. SKU (if available)

2. GTIN

3. Brand Name

4. If you are providing a GTIN please provide the GS1 certificate and legal entity documents

5. Batch ID (if using feeds)

6. If the ASIN already exists, please provide the ASIN you are trying to match to.

Please let me know when you have provided the information so I can look further.
