Disbursment failing from last Four months

I am writing to express my ongoing concern regarding a disbursement issue that has persisted since March 2025. As of today, July 17, 2025, it has been exactly four months since I last received a payment. The last successful disbursement was on March 17, 2025, and since then, I have not received a single penny.

Recently, I received a notification stating that my deposit method is invalid. This is confusing, as I have been using the same bank account for over a year without any issues. I re-added the same account and attempted to initiate a disbursement again. Amazon sent a micro-deposit of $0.01, which was successfully received; however, the actual disbursement failed, and my deposit method was again marked as invalid and removed.

Since then, I have tried adding five different bank accounts, including one personal account. All accounts were verified by Amazon and received the initial micro-deposit successfully, but the actual disbursements continued to fail. Currently, even the micro-deposit is no longer being received.

I have contacted Amazon Customer Service multiple times. Each time, I was advised that the issue lies with my bank. However, all the banks I contacted confirmed that there are no restrictions or caps on incoming payments. I am also able to receive payments from other international sources without any issue, which strongly indicates that the problem is on Amazon’s end.

Despite raising multiple cases (four of which have been closed without resolution), I have received no concrete assistance. Each time, I was told the problem is not on Amazon’s side. Due to the ongoing uncertainty, I have now stopped sending FBA stock, as I have no guarantee when or if I will receive future payments.

This situation has been extremely frustrating. It has been four months without payment, which is affecting my business operations.

If the name on the bank isn't exactly the same name as the name you are trading under on Amazon, then this is possibly the issue - or if it's not a business banking account.

The personal account will definitely fail. Check to see if (even though it says verified) that the bank account is Assigned as well or if there's an exclamation mark showing with the verified bank account. If there's an exclamation mark, there's usually a bit more of an explanation.

If it's PSP and you are trading internationally, there's a list of PSP's that Amazon accept. If you only sell to the UK, then from experience the LLoyds group seems to have some issues even though they say there's no issue at the bank's end, Amazon doesn't seem to let the payments through. I changed to Virgin in the end to get my problem resolved.
