Premium Delivery Eligibility Plan of Action received?
I submitted a POA two days ago to request our Premium Delivery Eligibiliity be reinstated following it's revokation. I sent it to op-pso-vtr-appeals@amazon.co.uk as suggested by Seller Support.
I've heard nothing back yet and had no notification (either by email or Performance Notification) to know whether it has been received. @Sakura_Amazon_ @Sarah_Amzn would you be able to check to see whether my POA has actually been received please?

You won't get Premium Delivery Eligibility reinstated until your rolling percentage rises back above 97%.
