Expected delivery date 26th December, no collections or Royal Mail postage?

Hi all,

Amazon are giving customers an expected delivery date of December 26th despite there being no collections available and Royal Mail not operating on December 26th.

How am i supposed to meet expectations if it is physically not possible?

Can anybody help?

is this a UK to UK sale? Because they shouldn’t be, as 26th is marked as a holiday day on the UK site, can you screenshot the details (not showing any customer info?)
