Customization

Please help. I am trying to list an elf and the only thing I need the customer to do is tell me the name they want. When I select customized there are so many different things they want me to add such as color, etc. Also they want an image 400x400 but I dont know how to edit a photo to be that size. Can someone please please help me?

@Seller_p860SDIxwtdtoYou will first need to have a picture of the item not customized. This is the preview image that the text will be shown on when the customer enters their personalization.

The minimum size is 400x400. If you have a large picture that will work but be sure that it is exactly square. This will be the backdrop

Then you will click on the add customization box below the customizations box. In these choice, you will choose text and go from there.

That should be all you need to do if you only have a text customization.

I was able to download the image with your help and I appreciate so much. But after I did that it is making me add a font for the customer but all I want is the font on the dolls. I downloaded them from dafont but I cant download the name. It states it is not allowed. Suggestions please?

@Seller_p860SDIxwtdtoIf it is giving you an error for the fonts then it is probably a format that Amazon does not allow. No problem. You can use the website convertio.co to convert font files. Just upload the file and the change it to woff. Then you should be able to upload it.
