Ongoing Tax Information Verification Issue – INFORM CONSUMER ACT
There is an ongoing issue with my tax information verification for the INFORM CONSUMER ACT. Despite my dashboard indicating that my tax information has been validated successfully, I continue to see a warning message suggesting that the process is still in progress. (It's been more than 72 hours)
My dashboard clearly shows that my tax information has been verified, yet the persistent warning message remains, which is particularly concerning given the mention of a potential risk of account deactivation.
Additionally, I have noticed on the Seller Forum that many other sellers are experiencing the same issue, which suggests this might be a broader technical glitch. Could any Amazon mods here please confirm whether this is a known issue and whether the team is actively working to resolve it?
I initially created a case regarding this issue three days ago, but I have not yet received any follow-up. The case number is 17199488241.

I have had the exact same briefing, I have opened several account health cases where they have said the banner will be removed but it has not.
I do not trust that the system will not shut down all account that it believes have not supplied the information.
I also only just re did my inform 3 weeks ago so I don't know why this is happening again.

We have the same issue, verified INFORM CONSUMER ACT tax information with a 'TAX ID pending verification' banner and account health impact (case with SS - 17203593721).
Could we have it removed please.
