Correcting or Changing Store Name-it seems its an Impossible Task!

I have been going back and forth with CS for weeks trying to get my store name changed. What happened was I started out in Windows 11, Edge with a store name of "The Price That's Right" and had problems with final verification etc. because my seller central page was blank. CS couldn't help me with that but an IT friend explained it was because I was operating in Windows 11 and Edge and Amazon didn't support that so to open it in Chrome and I would be fine. He was right..why didn't Amazon CS know this.

Anyways finished my docs and have been requesting the store name change to KTMarketplace. I own the domain rights to this store, I bought the EIN and CS says I can't use it because someone else already has it! Not only that but when I try to change my email address to my business email on my seller central account and also my business phone # I get a message stating I can't change it because they are already in use on another account!!

I was told by CS I had to change the name of the company I legally own by adding an S to the end of it, or changing however I wanted to, because they didn't know how to resolve the issue. I said can't you look internally to see who is using the name or if maybe you have a duplicate acct. set up for me where a CA already changed the name which is why it's showing already in use? I have been passed from one CS to another time and time again only to have them tell me they can't help me, will call me back and don't call back and have even sent an email that I can't reply to and have put a link in with a case# and when I click on the link there is nothing.....no case#. Quite frankly I am fed up. This is not Customer Service at all. I would respect them more if they said I don't know, but I will find an answer for you and then followed up. What's happened to Amazon and how do I get this resolved?
