Unable to verify bank account - Amazon is asking that my personal name be included on LLC bank statement
When I try to verify my bank account it only gives me the option to verify it through my personal name and not the name of the LLC that its under. Under the FAQ tab it states:
What do I do if my bank account is under the legal entity name of my business?
If you don’t see any options for your Legal Business Name under 'Bank Account Holder Name', select the Point of Contact name and submit your bank statement as is. We will verify your bank based on your Legal Business Name.If you are verifying a bank account after onboarding to Seller Wallet, the account holder name must be either your Point of Contact name who is also a Beneficial Owner of the business, or Business Name used during Seller Wallet registration.
Despite doing this several times it keeps denying the verification. Ive heard others struggling with this problem and I haven't found any solutions and no one from Amazon is willing and or able to help with this frustrating situation.

Additionally, there is a FAQ page that highlights why certain documents are not accepted and which business type you should choose based on your type of business.
