After my Amazon Product Compliance Verification process was APPROVED, my seller LISTINGS became INACTIVE and BLOCKED, and the product detail page of my four ASINs was REMOVED. Meanwhile, my Seller Identity Verification status is ACTIVE !! I'm confuse
I submitted an appeal request [CASE 16549352481] to the Amazon Product Compliance and Amazon Escalations teams for CASE 15980126121 on Oct 17, 2024 (from DAK, Amazon.com Seller Support), and for CASE 15941186901 on Oct 2, 2024 (from Sumit S., Amazon.com Seller Support), for four INACTIVE and BLOCKED listings (APPROVED for Product Compliance Document Verification), referring to a Product Safety Issue.
I want to request to REINSTATE (four INACTIVE and BLOCKED listings and REMOVED product detail pages) my four ASINs, B0D7W9L34C, B0D7W6XYLZ, B0D4CGNW8P, and B0D7W3XR4S !!
APPROVED four Product Compliance Document Verification for four listings as "We have approved your product for our US store.":

Meanwhile, my Seller Identity Verification status is ACTIVE and my Brand Registry was also previously accepted !!
On October 2, 2024, and October 17, 2024, the Amazon Support team stated:
"Please be informed that, our product compliance team is working separately from the selling partner support team. In order to reinstate your ASINs you need to submit the compliance documents which will be checked by compliance team."
"As per our investigation you have not submitted any appeal yet for these ASINs. To submit an appeal kindly go though the given website."
Four inactive listings' BLOCKED REASON and issue descriptions are: "Product Safety Issue" and "Product detail page was removed 124 days ago."
I'm confused about how this BLOCKED LISTINGS STATUS discrepancy occurred AFTER the APPROVED product compliance VERIFICATION process 30 DAYS AGO due to a presumably unhandled technical problem in Amazon's Product Compliance team, resulting in the Amazon seller's deception !!
After APPROVED, I received emails from the Amazon Product Compliance team stating for my four listings with the following message: "Listing status: Removed."
This inactive and blocked listings status has been worrying because my product has been ready for shipment for one month at my Chinese manufacturer, mainly because Amazon's Product Compliance Document Verification process for all four listings was approved 30 days ago.
I kindly request that four listings be ACTIVATED, UNBLOCKED and the removed product detail page of my four ASINs, B0D4CGNW8P, B0D7W3XR4S, B0D7W6XYLZ, and B0D7W9L34C, be REINSTATED after 124 days.
Can anyone help? Or could a mod look into this for me? @Manny_Amazon, @Cooper_Amazon, @Steve_Amazon, or @Josh_Amazon Could you please help me figure this out?

I see that CASE ID 16549352481 is actively being worked by Selling Partner Support and they have created a technical ticket to see why the ASINs were not reinstated a month ago when their compliance documents were origianlly approved.
While you continue to monitor CASE ID 16549352481 I have also reached out to another partner team to investigate. The partner team should get back to us within the next few business days. Until then, I hope you have a wonderful rest of your Wednesday and take care.

The partner team has reviewed your compliance documentation and approved them along with reinstated your listing. I see it live on the website now.
While I was there, I did notice that your main image is not compliant with our product image requirements.
Listings can be suppressed and sometimes removed if the images are out of compliance, so I would recommend getting those updated as soon as possible. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions.
