Violation for shipping unauthentic product for our own Brand.
It looks like a competitor filed a complaint that we shipped an unauthentic product for our brand.
We are a brand owners and manufacturers. We are with their brand registry. We ship the products ourselves from our own warehouse with authentic Brand packaging. We are not a third party sellers who can replace authentic product with a fake one.

Hello @Seller_arJ0ZxqKiaJAO
Thank you for the information provided. I understand the frustration with your situation given you being the brand owner. In terms of the documentation you have, I understand the concern with providing detail regarding your supplier. However, I can assure you that the documentation that is submitted will not be shared outside of the investigation for the authenticity of the product.
Have you attempted to submit any kind of documentation that shows you have the rights to the product? If not, have you contacted brand registry regarding this violation? Our team is going to need to be able to verify the authenticity of the product. If they cannot do so, you may not see a resolution of the violation.
If you have any additional information regarding this situation, please continue to share it so we can investigate the concern.
Best,
Atlas

Does your product have any licensed artwork, or anything that could be considered the intellectual property of someone else? If someone has a patent they feel you are infringing on, or if you are buying from a Chinese manufacturer who is white labelling someone else' products as yours, that is another possibility.

I would bet that you had a customer file this complaint. People are looking for ways to get something for nothing today and Amazon believes them with no questions asked. And sometimes, it may be caused by a box that the customer checks without even thinking about it or even contemplating the consequences upon the seller or believes that by checking a certain box it may help them get their money back faster. Amazon's process for trying to get items like that reinstated is pathetic and makes sellers jump through so many hoops that may or may not be able to be completed. I have had two such claims and you cannot even get out of the loop and waste too much time dealing with foreigners that have no idea what they are doing. They always want an invoice from the brand owner less than one year old. Well I have news for Amazon, sometimes brand owners have poor performing items and they will sell them off to wholesalers to clear out their own inventory. I sometimes buy from those wholesalers and sometimes those slow selling items are slow sellers for me too. Therefore you cannot provide an invoice that is less than one year old and directly from the brand owner because it was not purchased directly from the brand owner or within the past year. But you still have similar products from the same brand selling on Amazon, but with a different logo or design. It makes no sense. As the brand owner, how do you provide an invoice to yourself of yourself purchasing your own product? This assumes that Amazon is demanding this from you. Hopefully they are not that obtuse in their requests.

Try to address this through Amazon Brand Registry. Something very similar occurred with our account several years. One of our product listings was inactivated because Amazon said we were selling an unauthentic item. We are the brand owners and are enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. After a few back and forth messages with Amazon Brand Registry, they removed the violation and the product listing was reactivated.

We had an issue like this with Merch by Amazon. My husband is an artist and one of his very first designs, the logo for his own music band, was one someone was claiming a copyright issue with (and we had not copywritten the logo - a matter we have since taken care of!). In lieu of copyright docs, we submitted a receipt showing we had first printed the design on t-shirts back in 2010 through another company. It took about a week and the matter was resolved. So dated receipts or other proof that you have showing your long history with the product can be helpful. Hope you are able to get it sorted!
