Proof of Central Office Registration - Amazon.de

Hi all,
We have problem with several ASINs an Amazon.de which status is “Detail page removed”. We have send all necessary pictures, declarations, etc. but Amazon over and over again asks us for:

• Proof of the Central Office registration (https://oeffigteeregister.verpackungsregister.org/)

According to their link we thought that they ask for the confirmation of LUCID registration. I’ve sent them:

• Print from the webpage https://oeffigteeregister.verpackungsregister.org/) that shows that we are registered as a producer
• Confirmation from ZMART (the operator of Verpackungregister) which shows that we are registered for the year 2022 as well
• Confirmation of first registration in VerpackungRegister

and it is still not enough.

Has anyone any idea what kind of document can it be?
