Not Indexing or Organically Ranking for certain Kewords

As per the title - I’ve checked the H10 tracker and indexing tools.
Listing has been optimized and photos are good.
The product has been live for just over a month and I’ve been running manual PPC ads during this time.
I’ve so far made about half of the monthly sales as hoped. I’ve picked up some 5-star reviews so some people are happy with the product.
My questions are -
