Two Return Requests For One Order One Item

Hi

Is anyone experienced having two prepaid return labels for one order, one item? This is the second time we have experienced this.

Have they chosen the same reason both times though ?

Whats worse is if they return multiple items and send them back separately or in some cases in one parcel with all the postage labels attached. Ridiculous system that should trap this or allow us to claim back the postage from Amazon.

We raised the matter with Amazon 2nd of August 2022. It appears they have entered the seller into a third-party contract the matter still exists. I guess you just need to keep a record of them and put in a claim at a more senior level. With Evri they resolved the issue when raised at Director Level but with Royal Mail its been dealt with at customer service level and all we do is get passed pillar to post.

Its been an issue for 6 months now. I am now aware which mods your making reference to. I would have thought they read the threads and point us in the right direction since they have the title Seller Support. They give is the title selling partner. Would you detriment your partner?
