Scammer buyer.
Amazon FBA.
Had a buyer from London, purchase an £80 Lego set and return it as "Bought in error." This was then added back to inventory, the next buyer purchased it and returned it as the inside bags were open and the figures where missing. I have received the item back and this is correct.
I then noticed the same buyer from London - purchased 30 small packets of Lego figures. Then one week later purchased another 50 a total of £875.00. Today 29 of the original packets have been returned for a refund. I am waiting for the other 50 to be returned any day now.
I am going to have to ask for Amazon to return all the items to me as I can almost guarantee that the figures have been removed. Yet when I try report this suspicious activity Amazon are not interested.
It's a joke.

Sorry to hear what you are going through.
This is another reason i do not do FBA, this is systematic and deliberate theft, its a shame you can't go to the police and take the buyer to court!
Have you contacted SS? Something needs to be done, the constant theft on this site, enabled and assisted by Amazon, is simply appalling!

if these are the older minifig in foil packets (as opposed to the new ones in boxes)
is the buyer "feeling" the contents before they decide which ones to keep.

Report them. If Amazon see that they are systematically abusing the system, then hopefully they will intervene and closer their account.

hopefully amazon will notice a pattern with the buyer and reports from sellers and ban them , at least a short term solution to get the buyer out of everyone's business

How did you get amazon to return the 'Bought in error' product back to you? I have recently had the same returned and my unit has gone back on the FBA shelf, is there a way I can get that exact unit back to me?
Thanks

Hello @Seller_qZpqTwP6ldvth,
This is Sarah from Amazon.
Have you contacted Seller Support? If yes, can you please share the case ID so I can check how I can help?
Regards,
Sarah.

Sadly, this can be commonplace. I wish there was a better system for rooting out bad buyers. As not every buyer is worth having sadly. We have seen seasonal items returned after the season ends repeatedly.
Clearly used for Halloween or Christmas and then sent back used and often the code will be "missed delivery estimate" or "not as described" even though it clearly is and has been used.
Some even come back with gift tags and wrapping in from Christmas ! so you can tell you have basically been used as a loan company which is wrong.
I have reported this, but never been made aware of anything happening proactively or reactively to stop it.
Its also interesting when you look at an FBM and FBA listing side by side.
Using voice of the customer, we can see that some products are graded as "Poor" under FBA, but then "Excellent" as FBM.
Same product, just one as FBM when FBA is out of stock.
Often the reasons for the Poor are "Didnt like it", "Not as described" comments, Didnt like the look of it, didnt fit me etc etc.
Basically, people using the wrong reasons to gain a pre paid label at your expense.
I am sure like many others, we would welcome Amazon stopping these people or dealing with them. If it ever happens
Surely there should be some alarm bells ringing at Amazon when your packets are all returned opened ?

correct, they are not really interested, In sorting anything like this out. i have had a few i know are fraud. they always side on the customers side. we should be able to black list customers or addresses on amazon,
