Lidocaine false claims
Hello,
I have two lines of oils and perfumes (around 50 products total) that are used in religious or magical ceremonies.
One of them was flagged as containing lidocaine and removed from my store. I presented paperwork from the manufacturer showing it didn't contain any lidocaine or active ingredient used as anesthetic.
Then another one was flagged. And then. a third one.
Then I got two "violations" for two oils that are used to dress candles and amulets.
In my account health now it shows that priority in the latest cases if HIGH because of "repeat violations".
Several things come to my mind. One is that they have deactivated some of my best sellers.
Two is that I have many more items with the potential to be flagged inappropriately.
Third is that I am a very small business owner trying to stay afloat and I don't have time to keep on defending myself from these false accusations made by, I suppose, a bot or an algorithm.
Any ideas on how I can prevent this from happening?

Hello @Seller_HjtMzbtk7NOje,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account on the Seller Forums.
One of them was flagged as containing lidocaine and removed from my store. I presented paperwork from the manufacturer showing it didn't contain any lidocaine or active ingredient used as anesthetic.
Then another one was flagged. And then. a third one.
I understand that you have received restricted product policy violations specifically for being identified as a products containing lidocaine and you have questions about how to address and resolve this.
Now when it comes to restricted products, either the product itself is prohibited or the verbiage in the listing can get it flagged under a policy. Since we are talking about lidocaine, do you have verbiage that suggests your product is an anesthetic in any way? Are there claims that your product can heal or provide pain relief?
To address this, you will want to include photos of ALL sides of the packaging with a clear ingredient list to the product detail page. Once this has been completed you can submit another appeal for review. Ensure this has been completed for all of the affected ASINs. Once this has been completed, if your appeal is not accepted, please post the relevant case ID's here in this thread for us to review.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

Hello @Seller_HjtMzbtk7NOje,
I apologize for the time it has taken for the moderating team and I to respond here. I hope you are doing well also.
I will review the verbiage carefully to see what could be causing the confusion.
I will also work on uploading the photos.
I wanted to check and see if you were able to get the affected ASINs reinstated. Can you share the current status of this situation?
I look forward to your reply.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
