Need Advice on Video Upload Rejection - Amazon

Dear all,

I’m looking for some advice on how to successfully upload a video to Amazon. I recently created a video using Amazon's advertising tool for one of our own brand products, but unfortunately, the video was rejected for the following reason:

The video provides medical advice, negatively refers to professional medical advice, or makes false medical claims.

I couldn’t find anything related to professional medical advice in the listing or the video itself. The product is a seagrass basket, so I’m really puzzled as to why it was flagged for this issue.

I’ve already opened a case, but as you might expect, the support I received wasn’t very helpful (not that I was expecting much). I’m hoping someone here has experienced a similar issue or can offer some advice on how to move forward with this.

I really need some help here, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
