False counterfeit claims from the same competitor continuosly
Seller support does NOT escalate issue after being told they would. I get dropped calls, auto responses and lies for a VERY SERIOUS MATTER. Last amazon rep said the call person I spoke to last not NEVER ESCALATED the case after he told me he would! No one actually does anything to help.

I am brand-registered and fully trademarked. I have a competitor who falsely accuses me of infringement - last year she did this 4 separate times on the SAME 8 ASINS! Each time I had to appeal. Appeals take 30 days. I'm found NOT GUILTY. Then she files a new infringement on the same 8 Asins AGAIN. You can't sell during that time but you still pay for storage costs and then aged inventory costs. it cost me over $80,000 last year! I was TOLD after the 4th time Amazon would not allow her to do this to me again.
WELL SHE IS DOING IT AGAIN! I just launched a even more differentiated product and this time she has cited "copyright without purchase".
I was told after the 4th time, Amazon would not allow her to keep abusing the system and that they would stop her. Well Amazon does nothing but give me false promises while taking my money for storage and aged inventory when I am not allowed to sell my product.
Account health - don't offer solutions. "dont worry" they say - No worries just file an appeal. I SHOULDNTHAVE TO FILE 5 APEALLS ON THE SAME PRODUCT!!!

can't report abuse because when I enter the abused ASIN, it is not recognized because MY DETAIL PAGE WAS REMOVED BECAUSE OF THE FALSE COUNTERFEIT CLAIM!! This is the third time the same abusive competitor has files a claim against this same asin. Every appeal I am reinstated and she Does it agaiN!! HELP!!!

I know it costs money, but based on what she has cost you already it is time to get an attorney and sue her for a multitude of things, including the damages you have suffered. The courts should be able to make her stop her harassment - assuming she is in the US, of course. If she is in China... not sure there is any solution

It is very strange that such an important issue, which forms the cornerstones of a structure that ranks in the top 3 among the most valuable and most important companies in the world, proceeds in such a problematic way and is repeated over and over again, and that this huge deficit in the structure will continue at the same level in late 2024.
As a host, Amazon should protect its guests as well as its customers and be the guardian of all unfair punches to sellers.
It is very sad that this issue is still protracted and that no permanent general step has been taken towards a solution. We do not see Amazon as a showcase, but we would like to express again here as sellers to resolve these disappointing issues.
This situation is completely against the culture.
