We have tried multiple time to submit our test report but we keep getting rejected. Error: Document submitted doesn't match the self-selected document type (for example, user manual, specification sheet) chosen at the time of upload. Reupload the document under the correct document type. Document contains a watermark. Remove the watermark, then re-upload.
Question1 : Document is "Test Report" But document type: Safety Information is rejected. what should be the Document type I choose to approve this?Question2: What to do to get this manually reviewed? because whenever we try to resubmit the document type is "GREYED OUT". we have no option to choose a different type of document.
