Please help with my first FBA shipment from uk-us

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here might be able to help as I’m completely stuck with my first FBA shipment from the UK to the US (Amazon.com).

I’ve created the shipment as normal in the “Send to Amazon” workflow, entered all the box details, and chosen Amazon-partnered shipping. But when I get to the final stage, the “Accept charges and confirm shipping” button is greyed out, and I can’t proceed.

I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times, and they keep giving me the same generic advice: Clear cookies/cache, Try a different browser, Restart the shipment process.

I’ve done all of the above (tried Chrome, Firefox, and even incognito windows), but nothing has worked. I’ve restarted the shipment from scratch multiple times and still hit the same issue.

The shipment is for handmade goods, under Home Decor > Figurines, being sent from the UK to the US. I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing, possibly customs-related (e.g., Product Tax Code or tariff code?), but there’s no customs step in the workflow I can see.

This is my first UK–US FBA shipment, so it could be something simple — I just don’t know what else to check. I've been using FBA on the uk amazon for some time so I thought I knew how to use it but I must be missing something!

Hi @Seller_Dfy7BRhPgXV3e

When reviewing your post, I see that you refer to problems with your account in the UK marketplace, and this forum is for problems related to accounts in the Canadian market, so we need you to open the Forum in Amazon Forums in the UK, that way, the team in charge of moderating these forums will be able to provide you with the respective support.
